The first sounding

John 1–8 liveA sounding is how sailors measure depth. Each one is a book taken slowly — complete, verse by verse, nothing skipped and nothing rushed.
John is the first, and it arrives a chapter at a time. Chapters 1 to 13 are complete now — and complete means in all three languages at once.
English, Spanish and Portuguese. The commentary in each was written in that language, against the Bible that language actually prints — not run through a translation engine. Choose your language and the whole app changes with it.
John first: the Gospel that opens on the edge of eternity and spends the rest of its length on people who are tired, sceptical, or out of options. Every chapter is written from the Greek, then handed to a separate check whose only job is to find errors in it — counts, cross-references, and what each of the four texts on your screen actually prints. Whatever it finds is fixed before the chapter ships, which is why it comes one chapter at a time rather than all at once.
